Adoption Deposit
This agreement is between Kindred Spirits Rescue and the new cat owner (you) regarding the adoption of the cat specified to one of our co-founders. You may not pay a deposit for an animal without first receiving approval from a co-founder.
Adopter is depositing a $50.00 non-refundable fee for the described cat. Should the adopter decide on a different cat before the final adoption, this fee may be moved to another cat in Kindred Spirits Rescue’s responsibility.
This fee will be applied towards the total adoption fee at the time the adoption is finalized.
If adopter decides not to adopt any cat, the $50.00 is non-refundable and will go toward the care of other cats in Kindred Spirits Rescue.
